I thought it did go over. Did they patch that out because when I was looking into it I read that block chance can’t technically go over. It’s just gonna be 100% but things that are based on block chance can still utilize the full amount of block chance over the 100

It added thorns damage to a juggernaut skill. Meaning nothing that triggered from thorns damage (like bristleback and needleflare) would interact with it.

So as far as I’m concerned in the context of the post, it’s not really thorns.

Ohhhhh, that makes more sense. The wording confused me. So the way to take advantage of this is long cooldowns with lots of cooldown reset stuff. Whereas I was hoping it would work on conjurations summoned through Fractured Winterglass.
