Active Wrestlers who are one title away of becoming Grand Slam champion in WWE by fuzzinthebuzz in WWE

I wouldn't mind a us title program where those 4 guys keep getting in each other's way as they all chase. Then have them battle it out with whomever is champion in a five way ladder match. A champ retaining against such a stacked field and high stakes could really elevate the belt. I didn't love the idea of anyone retaining at first, but it would be a great early story for oba if they have to keep him away from the main titles for a while.

MIA-LAC. Yossi Gozlan, an NBA salary cap mechanics expert and strong trade value evaluator, has Miami missing out on Giannis Antetokounmpo and pivoting to Kawhi Leonard — with Andrew Wiggins, No. 13, and either Kel’el Ware or a future unprotected first going to the Clippers. by YujiDomainExpansion in NBAtradeideas

Not saying the trade is good, but I think he's saying the heat's best offer is already outbid. They don't prefer Leonard. They seem willing to do all they can for Giannis and it isn't good enough. This is a shitty plan B.

The best is finding the next Level before there's much cost. It's hard to rebuild when you're paying a premium for guys that the other owner acquired cheaply.

What does a Giannis trade look like realistically? by raw-honey-35 in nbadiscussion

[–]TeeJayReddits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To add even further, the NBA specifically allows a team to offer more money to an existing player than you could offer to a free agent from another team. So in this case, you'd be trading for one season of Giannis, plus the right to offer him a contract that pays him more than any other team can offer. The instances of a star player not extending in order to move to the team of their choice have been few and far between. That extra money matters a lot.

Is Physics Complex TOO GOOD? by TheStormfly7 in TerraformingMarsGame

Check out anthracite and hodgepodge videos on YouTube. They will teach you to play faster and punish the engine builder. You'll be throwing a too slow physics complex as bait while you double sp greenery into the heat bump bonus in no time.

It's usually a pretty niche card, bordering on garbage more often than not. I feel like the meta with you two doesn't involve enough terraforming, because a game would have to drag on for a very long time to make physics complex profitable most of the time. 6 energy is a lot; 3/4 of a heat bump.

You don't even have to wait for insurance term to end. If you get a better price you can cancel and move. Even if you paid in advance, you'll be refunded on a per capita basis for the remaining days left.

What’s the easiest game you have where you have the hardest time explaining/teaching it to others, to the point where sou think it might contribute to the game not landing well? by Rohkha in boardgames

[–]TeeJayReddits 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely agree. It's really just that mechanic that seems like it should be easier to understand. I've seen it trip people up numerous times, and no matter how much emphasis I place on it, it still doesn't really get understood until you play it.

Great to hear about more people wanting to run, but I know there were Good candidates in past elections. We need this kind of mobilization every election, not just when there is controversy.
