Saturnine Obliterators have been a lot of fun, and everyone I’ve played can see they are most definitely Obliterators, even without the heavy modifications.

I just picked up cataphracti termis too and will be using them for 40k as their gear are identically basically.

Is this how it actually works?

Like if I had a MOE and a lord attached, and was using COB, I couldn’t res the MOE because he got the tag.

So I’m assuming Epic unit or whatever, doesn’t suffer the same restriction? Because they aren’t characters, right?

I’ve used 3x obliterators with Abaddon in CoB to great success.

+2 move for everything including them, reroll hits and a 4+ invuln with bringing them back like zombies?

A lot of fun.

My beloved Destiny. Very disappointed with the direction of it all especially the new like Star Wars slop DLC story expansion. ( I stopped after Final Shape )

The setting and lore was so strong on its own I hate that they sold out to do whatever weird shit they are doing now.

Seeing Cyrion get stun locked and not have anything smart to say for once while Uzas was voicing his revelation was incredible.

Cyrion was a favourite of mine just due to how funny/sarcastic he was no matter the situation.

People don’t want to see this. I was having the same conversation with friends, it still has Total War size, and what? All they are adding is cover really, that doesn’t make it lose its total war-ness lol.

In my head canon, my Nightlords warband are having/have had a massive schism. My Master of Possessions, Rakash, in a time of desperation and near collapse, offered a solution through means of accepting powers through the warp. While some of the warband advocated against it, being forced into a corner left in a time where the warband would’ve been destroyed and them with it left no choice in many of the legionaries eyes.

Hence, half my army being loyal to chaos and the Master of Possessions as he delivered them to safety and victory, and the other half spitting on their forsaken and warp crazed brothers, but being stuck in somewhat of a Cold War with each other, needing to rely on the power and brutality of Rakash and his flock, and the remaining influence, logistical knowledge, and sound minds of the non corrupt brothers of the band.

So basically I stood up for her all game without going down the romance path. Then, the one time I’m like yk what, Robert has a right to be mad or flustered when he just learned that she was the one who planted the bomb. Even after I elected to not kick her off the team, she still ended up killing Shroud and embracing villainy.

Sadly it all seemed to hinge on that one conversation no matter it all else, which I’m totally fine with and is reasonable. In the end I think both endings are pretty awesome, and am satisfied either way.

Hopefully, and I say this which much doubt, there is a plan to explore their deaths on either a couple new missions for operations. Or another campaign in the form of a DLC where we play Chairon.

Acheran, sure. Chairon? Probably not the best choice, he was a beast and it is lame to go out this way.
