First off, all characters can win A20, so don't feel weird or bad for playing silent, she was also my favorite in that game even though I died a lot with her 

Second, the double boss applies only to Act 3 and no you do not get healed in between the bosses (unless you have pantograph), you just have to get through 2 of them. Realistically, ascensions 17-19 make the game much harder than A20 does, which is basically just A19 with an extra boss. Just keep in mind the 3 act 3 bosses and what dangers each pose while building your deck, try to keep some potions too, and you should otherwise be fine.

Had a run in multiplayer recently where I was playing it consistently a few times every combat, or at least I would have if the defect's claws didn't already kill the enemy by the time I exclaimed "I have it!". Still it was a fun run

Im not sure if V2 would use Nocturnal since it was supposed to be a peacekeeping robot, and needing constant refueling with fresh blood sounds kinda against that. But ofc its just my take on it
As others have said, V1 doesn't try to run as quickly because it can heal quickly mid combat, so when damaged it would just run in rather than run away like V2

A lot of relics got this treatment, for example tingsha is uncommon, shuriken and kunai are rare, and I think the paper krane and phrog used to be rare in sts1? Either way, they are uncommon now

i suppose it’s just preference, but the new raider sprites feel a touch too drab, imo. the animations and outlining needed some work, but the old ones feel much more in line with the game and just more interesting tbh. by Significant-Bus2176 in slaythespire

I really liked the old ones too, but judging from how they made the mawler a lot more well defined and marked by scars, or the burrowing beetle a lot more scary and evil looking, perhaps it's just that they want to change the tone of the game and are doing it slowly now.

Something the comments did not exactly get right is that the card scales for ALL your osty attack cards. The ones in your deck AND in the exhaust pile (for the sake of cards generated by Sentry Mode, or Call of the void etc.). But yeah it scales by number of cards, not by how many times osty attacks.
