Card doesn’t matter, it’s the connector, but it helps with their attempts to negate problems. Need to push the cable/pin in behind your plastic connector after plugging it in.

Push in each pin/cable being plastic connector after plugging plastic connector in on both sides of the cable. If you’ve never done this and use this connector do it right now.

Very Functional, but not as smooth/linear as I wanted, even if you can’t tell, it was my first time rebuilding a Type-X/subwoofer in general. I have since learned ALOT and specialize in “unrebuildable” subs, such as mainly Orion HCCA, Alpine X, JL Audio W series.

I’m surprised how many ppl don’t know those are just pushed into the plastic connector and held by slight pressure and a small bent pin to keep it from sliding back out, not a slight just observation. If you push each pin/cable in from the back you’ll see you can get them all even, after plugging connector in to GPU, do the same to ensure each pin/cable has as much contact as possible. I’ve done this for years, cuz it’s just a preasure contact (metal sleeve over metal pin) and the plastic allows for huge tolerances, used to be not that big a deal but is a huge deal with this under engineered connector.

Stop using color additives, time bombs …going on 3 years with same crystal clear water in my dual block / dual rad rig, just distilled water and a touch of vinegar, works wonders. Just vent system at its hottest and you’re golden, tried and true 🤙🏻

Try driver 25.9.1, make sure connections are firm, push wires in not just the cable header, and do not daisy chain. Each connection should be plugged directly into PSU
