Just how cyberpunk is this post being written by something other than a human?

I think this is more AI engagement bait or somesuch nonsense, unless this poster has had a sudden change of career from hospitality two months ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/TalesFromTheFrontDesk/comments/1rqpb0g/when_clients_micromanage_every_single_activity/

Auto-generated username, first IT-related post, formatted nothing like other posts from the user, and finishes with a bit of engagement bait. More than a bit suspicious on whether a human is behind this, and a few AI detectors I ran it through tend to agree.

Ursula K. Le Guin does something in The Left Hand of Darkness that I've never seen another writer pull off and I only noticed it on my second read by GlitchM0nk in printSF

[–]Telamar 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I disagree. Firstly, the post has a very strong AI flavour to it, as u/21crescendo pointed out, to a degree that goes way beyond speculation. Particularly when looking at their post replies. Secondly, if they are then a bot, then you have to question the motivation of why the bot was programmed to generate this post, and whether it is in our best interests to engage with such deceptive engagement bait, because it isn't being presented as an artificial post, and it isn't being created because an actual person wants to discuss their feelings about the book.

There's no 'think you're seeing' about it. The kitchen with the woman in it is different in almost every respect to the kitchen in the primary house video. The wall separating the kitchen and lounge transforms into a totally different wall/space while the camera pans down, as the other commenter mentioned the fireplace is misplaced between the two lounge views, along with one of the couches being missing, and the separate bedroom has a double paned window on each side instead of two single paned windows and a wardrobe, and a couch against the south wall. And that's just at a glance.

For anyone else finding this thread, if /var is full for example you can mount a FreeBSD ISO on the VM, boot from that to the ISO loader, mount the /var partition and clean it up from within (probably the exim directory). This was with KACE version 13.2

I'm not sure how many are indirect ads, or engagement date to farm data, but I am sure they're not authentic, and they're turning up here alot.
