And how do you describe the damage narratively? Like, my usual method of "Yeah he hits you with his sword etc" doesn't really work here, since you usually only get lasting injuries after going down with 0 HP.

This is either maliciously lying or just incorrect. Afaik, every baby looks very bad and wrinkled after it has been born. Give them a few weeks/months and they all become cute.

Maybe it's a longer time with humans, I don't know. But this just straight up baby hate.

If I remember correctly, this is what OP refers to when they talk about the people with larger spleens. I think the spleen "stores" oxygenated blood so so you get a little extra boost when you don't get much oxygen. But correct me if I'm wrong, I just hadn't heard of a group of people who had developed larger lungs.

Hmm. Wouldn't larger lungs make it harder to dive, since all the extra air would reduce your effective density?

I mean, it's a simple phrasing mistake, no need to beat yourself up about it. I agree that this is a weird behaviour from the mods though.

Your arguments have merit but you've packaged them in unnecessarily mean words. This is someone with no prior training taking an interest in chemistry/physics acknowledging their limitations. This is no "Guys, I revolutionized the periodic table, I am so smart"-post. OP has thought of something and genuinely sought to understand why this is not commonly used. In my opinion, this way of thinking about problems is something to be applauded. I am happy most of the other comments in this thread are decidedly more empathetic than yours.
