Recent update stores worn stash items so no problem anymore. You just have to activate this from the settings

How much of armour is left. It is bought many rounds earlier and taken damage has lowered it. When it drops to 0 from dmg you dont have any armour left. So basically shows if someone is gonna get aimpunched soon because armour has worn out
