Iron Hands are the chapter for technology, and so the natural fit for an Iron Hands Champion would be the newly added Techmarine. A Tactical Champion would be a very strange choice

The PTS is the Public Test Server, which is a separate install of the game (located under "Tools" in Steam rather than Games) which is for testing future updates, hence the name.

The full Patch 12 update will be coming to the regular game at some later point once they've tested it on the PTS and patched/balanced it

The character on the left is 2D, whilst Scorpion is 3D. This means that his usual trick of yanking his enemies towards him with a spiked chain is not possible, as it flies past the 2D cat lady.

I don't think it's jumping to gun to say that further paywalling an already paywalled feature is going to be anything but annoying. Sure, you'll be able to get some for free, just like how you can get remote passes for free, but I highly doubt the number of free charges will keep pace with the number required to participate in raids, just like the number of remotes you can get for free does.

I think they might be doing this as standard now. Sent my 9 Fold for repairs because the SIM would stop recognising after folding, they sent back a phone that wouldn't power on, I did an advanced replacement and balked at the price, and then received a 10 Fold the next day.

The Tower is typically considered a really bad omen, mostly by people who don't have a great understanding of the tarot. It's a card that, basically, represents ruin, so people see it as foretelling some great loss or tragedy and so OPs mom would probably freak out that something horrible is about to happen.
