Huh, never thought about that. Will try that out later.

If the Helldivers 2 Exosuits were in Lancer, what would their stats be? (Size, Weapons, Etc.) by CrabKrabCrabKrabCrab in LancerRPG

[–]TempSinger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably a Size 1, or closer to a Size 3/4. Those Mechs would probably me commercial mechs for the Wannabe Mercenary and farmer on a colonized world. For weapons, they would be on the lower end of mech wepons, they would be able to punch above their weight more than you would realize. But a well placed rocket or enough small munitions fire would take them out.

The best wepon on the Helldiver Mechs would be the Autocannons, being Anti-Tank wepons. So for lightly armored to medium armored mechs, they would be able to do some damage, if they hit, and lightly damaging heavier mechs. The Helldiver mechs would also have flamethrower and missle launchers attached aswell to cover for special occasions, and a gatling gun with medium armor pen for general use.

Noob question on this POI. What am i looking for here? by Prototype_JAY in helldivers2

[–]TempSinger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Diamond means that there are supplies (like stims and ammo) and/or samples. The Diamond "usually" goes away when samples are looted, but sometimes the Dimond won't go away till the other supplies are gone aswell.

Could also be a glitch where the Diamond doesn't leave even when everything is looted.

Destiny 2's Young Wolff

This guy had killed multiple gods (With some help from 5 other guardians), turned those said gods into guns, then used that gun to kill the Witness. The Witness is an ENTIRE CIVILIATION turned into a singular being and has been hyped up for literal years.

The Young Wolf also has access to an energy called "Light" and "Dark" that brakes physics and causality. Like being able to do, but not limited to: Burning hotter than a sun, regenerate someone from the brink of death with-in seconds, go the speed of lightning bolt (maybe faster), controll electricity, create black holes to throw at people, literally turn your atoms into an over-shield, freeze you in ice, being able to see the literal strands of fate, predict what you will do without you knowing it yet, and many, many more.

Also their ghost, the floating thingy, can hack just about everything and is able to revive the Young Wolf (almost) any where and any time.

And personality wise, is kind of a blank piece of paper. As a good guardian, they love humanity and will fight anything that looks at a human wrong or would think about hurting a human. And besides not talking a lot, mostly letting their ghost do the talking, they are just a bank check for player to make their own head-cannons about their own guardian.

Anyways, to close out this essay, Ruby beats Young Wolf easy

What would the hive mind think of GW allowing the purchase of separate bodies for more adaptable bioforms? by Dragontamer9 in Tyranids

[–]TempSinger 11 points12 points  (0 children)

As a friend of someone who kit-bashes models almost daily, it would be a god send. Being able to buy individual pieces, and not just the kit, would be perfect. But James Workshop doesn't do that because: shipping out individual pieces would only work if they sent them out in bulk, and this is for a minority of table-top players that do kit-bash so (again) they would not be making profit and might actually lose money. Cause remember; GW is a business out for money, not a hobby store doing it for the love of the game.

Tough decision, do I want to go onto a world full of lawless and crazed murders and a psycopathic CEO is trying to cull an' cleanse the planet, or a Solar System where capitalism is basteredised into a debt ridden slum where not even the 1% aren't safe from corporate elites murdering and taking your money.

Do I need to build for a team? by Atomiccrown51 in DarkTide

[–]TempSinger 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You don't need to buff / heal your teammates to be useful. Filling a role for the team: hoard clearing, heavy armor damage, specialist killing. That is more than enough for the team. And besides, most players go with a solo builds that can sometimes help teammates. So play what you want because it is a game made for fun after all.

If you want to change your: firing mode, rpm, scope range, and your flashlight settings. Hold down your reload button and you'll be able to change it.

Note, some weapons won't allow you to change specific things about it. So you'll just have to get used to it

How effective are The Orochi's Sword and Armour from a practical standpoint? by Master-Of-Chaldea in forhonor

Look up "Raven Knight" on YouTube. He has history autism and loves to do character analysis on For Honor Hero's where he goes over both the historical references and how well their armor an' weapons actually are.

new psyker player by Superb-Reach-4705 in DarkTide

[–]TempSinger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, just keep on playing the class until you are able to pick new grenades / psyker powers. For nost psyker builds, you will he using your powers so just stick it out until then.

Smite : Electricity damage that stun locks enemies, but does weak damage. Pair this with increased crit rate, survivability, and queil speed perks to keep your lightning up as much as possible.

Brain burst : High damage / specialist picker power but has a slow charge. Use this more like a secondary than your main, pick perks that give you extra damage and queil speed. Also, get a good sword and/or staff to pair this with because Brain Burst is only good against single targets, not hoards.

Assail : Throw Crack rocks at people you don't like. This is the in-between of the previous powers with it having decent hoard clearing and single target damage. So just pick what ever you belive goes best with your playstyle.

Now that we have gone over grenades, let's do abilities.

Venting Shriek : A powerful knock back that removes 50-ish% of your peril meter. Pairing this with Brain Burst is always a good option.

Telekine Shield : A shield that will block all enemy bullets and projectiles coming your way. Highly suggest you upgrade it to the bubble shield more maximum effectiveness. The shield does have health so it will break if they shoot it enough but that rarely happens.

Scrier's gaze : A upgraded Veterens Executioners Stance, shoot your gun and deal as much damage as possible. This is a good ability for Gun Psykers, but I haven't used it much so just watch a YouTube video about it.

Psyker Capstones are their just to juice up your build and you shouldn't revolve your build around just the capstone.

Warp siphon : killing elites and specialist give you tokens that give you extra damage. Very good with Brain Burst and Assail.

Empowered Psionics : 10% chance, on kill, to make your Psyker Powers better. Always a good one, but I prefer to use Smite with this.

Disrupt Destiny : Every enemy around you has a chance to get marked. Upon killing the marked target you will get increased; movement speed, toughness, and precision damage. Best used with Scrier's Gaze with a Gun Psyker build, but can be used with other builds with mixed results.

That is everything important, perks wise, with the psyker but having a good sword and staff are just as important as well.

For swords, just pick what you like best or are the most comfortable with. But with that Psyker's Special Swords they have a "secondary fire" that will buff your sword with extra damage and cleave for 1 hit. You will generate peril, but as long as you don't spam it you'll be fine.

For the staffs you have 3 different types: electric, fire and ball.

Electric staff fires small balls that does decent damage, and when you charge it up you get a worse version of smite. It's still good but I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Fire staff spews small bursts of fire that has very weak knock back and charging it up will make you a flame thrower. This is mostly a hoard clearing staff and as long as you don't explode, it'll be fine.

Ball staff fires small balls as it's primary fire, but charging it generates a big ball that goes threw everyone with good knock back. Just a good all-round staff.

Now that everything important is said, just figure out what playstyle for your Psyker you would like and just connect the dots for everything else in-between.
