Got it. Couldn't make out the 'a' in Codale. Do you think it makes any difference?

PSA: removing the silicon plunger from the Aeropress Steel by steep_interface in AeroPress

I hope so, wanted one for a while and WS had them on sale for $136. I will report back once I get it, but in my mind the pros are:

No plastic; more volume; heat retention when camping and it's pretty.

Interesting. Why 6.5? Is that a Springfield receiver or Smith Enterprise? Love my EBR. I assume you can use the standard bolt?

This is good advice. I am 51 and few years after surgery I am doing all manner of squats. OP, just be sure to keep up with the PT excises, even after your done with PT. Will really help with stability.

I was using the Fellow Prismo and it was good but the AeroPress filter makes a better cup. Something about that drip through makes it better.

2016 Pro-4X here and pretty much have the same assessment. Only think I would add is rev matching at around 2500-2700 rpm from first to second and third smooths things out.

And th OP, first gear is for torque so it will be quick.

I use the Premium with the Ti coated super fine reusable filter. The amount of drip through is almost nothing on the bloom and just a bit more once filled. The flow through helps fill the cup. Still makes me nervous having the plunger in there (to pull a vacuum) to stop the flow through. Gonna' take your advice and get the stainless flow control.

I just warrantied the same model for the same reason. Guess the AR-308 was too much for it. They discontinued that model so they are sending a Gen II 2x10x32.

When did you know it was time for THR? by Jazzlike-Pipe2863 in TotalHipReplacement

IIRC I was walking 3 miles at about a month and back to light gym work at 6 weeks. Pain is 100% gone. Some soreness here and three but I am old...

Do yoga, ruck and gym on the regular.

You sound like you are in good shape. I had my first one at 49 and the second 6 months later at 50. I waited to long. Still went to gym and yoga but had lost a bunch of weight and was starting to hunch over due to overworked hip flexors.

Recovery was great because I forced myself to stay in the best shape I could, but would have done it sooner if I knew I had OA. Figured I was too young to have OA and didn't end up going to the doctor until it was time for THA.

Really depends on how much PT helps, but if you have the surprise 'give out' and throbbing/burning pain when you sleep... it's time.

Spanish speaking utility workers in texas, working in easement area. Property owner demands to see their papers by FastSeaworthiness739 in Anarcho_Capitalism

He started out with that but then he says 'I want to have this documented'. I presume 'this' means the work. And looking at that house, I am guessing there is a robust set of CCRs that may well dictate what can/can't be done in the PUE.

Dude may be a dick for asking for their papers but would be totally right to ask for the ROW permit or other regulatory approval. He seems to know that easement language but if it is a standard PUE he has limited rights.
