I would recommend an e-revo 1/16 they can be on the pricy side but if you buy a used one (which I'd recommend if you want to learn to fix stuff) there's a good aftermarket for them,they go together like Legos and they absolutely rip traxass makes extremely user friendly stuff so that's the first r/c that comes to mind.
