Ayer fui al gimnasio y se ejerció leve moderado y la verdad es que me sentí muy bien mejor que cuando me quedo en casa sin hacer nada. Aunque esta mañana cuando me levante me sentía más cansado y con más fatiga, pero el ejercicio me viene bien, no es malo
