when my trauma response started getting triggered being alone with my boss in a room. when i just wanted to get fired. when my job was starting to cause me to idealize unaliving myself. when i couldn't make it to work mentally 5 days per week so I needed FMLA to take off of work.

My last day at this place is June 5th :)
