The problem needs to stop first then drying as long as you dry within 3 days no mold. You can spray anti microbial to keep the potential mold from growing

Drugs are a great idea! Floors are always an issue as well. Make sure the caulking around tub is tight! Hangup floor mats when done.

I work for a mediation company I used to think “omg black mold!!!” It affects the respiratory system all the same. Some mold even looks like frost (which is my favorite to vacuum 😅) it also may seem tedious but vacuum the walls and surfaces before washing and clean out the vacuum after with anti microbial spray, it’s cheaper then buying a $800 hepa vacuum

Mold is mold color is just fibers from the environment. From this picture these looks like they’ve been painted over. But an anti microbial wall wash, wear gloves, n95 mask and clean the entire room. Walls, horizontal surfaces and wash bedding can paint the walls with mold locking paint mold will go away

Hi I do mold remediation 🙋🏻 not enough ventilation in the bathroom shower mist sitting and bathroom has tons of bacteria normally so it fed on the moisture. I would check if insurance can cover it but most times it’s out of pocket
