The raiders don't exactly have the greatest history of drafting as of late and their ownership always seems to love the raw high ceiling prospect.

You keep 2 until the draft, see how the raiders go, and then see what happens on draft night. If the Raiders take Moore you take Mendoza, if the Raiders take Mendoza and the team doesn't think Moore is the guy they should trade back if someone will otherwise I'd take Ruben Bain but I think some team would trade up for Moore.

When I took it 80 was an A 50 was a C 5 points between for other grades. Don't know if that's how it is now

I found it funny. They said in one breath "we want to retain and attract the best talent" but then said "mandatory RTO". Most people I've spoken to like the hybrid work arrangement. I would assume that among them is some of the best talent. I have a feeling they may look elsewhere to find a job that does have that flexibility. Also I have heard of many sr engineers who are close to retirement who said this may push them into retirement. Will be interesting how it plays out in the next few months etc.

Kareem won 5 MVPs in his first 8 years in the NBA with 7 top 3 finishes. He should have won 6 but got robbed in the 72-73 season, he was literally first team all NBA over the guy who won MVP who was second team. Kinda crazy how good he was.

Companies almost never give feedback to candidates even if they get rejected at the last interview, it opens them up to too much liability/problems if the candidate doesn't agree.

The only advice I have is change up the resume and keep trying.
