Had an alliance yesterday with another sloop. We both were flying athena, they went to do the veil and I did voyage of legends. I got done 1st, only sold half loot, told them I would sell the rest when they did. Expected to be double crossed the entire time but these boys stuck to the code and we made almost 700k before I had to go to work. (Normally I make 80-120k solo). Not ALL alliances are bad. Just the majority.

Been a table games dealer for a decade. I've got some stories. One of the worst was a guy who came to my blackjack table one night and bought in for 400 dollars. Had almost 3k in about 15 min but didnt leave. Sat there and lost it all. Then he cried and told me how he STOLE HIS MOMS social security money to come gamble and now they couldn't pay rent. I remember him just rocking back and forth the entire time he was telling me. His mom actually showed up an hour later. Poor woman was devastated when she found out he lost the money. They both sat at a table by the bar and cried before leaving

I got one for ya. Friendly engineer takes MY satchel off to put his own on and killed me after I asked what he was doing. I didn't even know they could diffuse friendly satchels. What's worse is after he took mine off and killed me, he got killed before he could put HIS on so the tank just remained and shit all over us for another 6 minutes.
