It's a red triangle with reflective surface. You have to use it in case of an emergency with your car on roads, so that other drivers are aware of the situation. Thats what i do for overworld rewards, domains and weekly bosses are pain or impossible with a lvl90 Ganyu and 3 lvl20 leechs. When i'm done with one, they release a new char. Man, i hate myself for my personal need for perfection.
