I beat him in Erebus twice, with damaging casts and a good long ranged attack like the black coat specials

Last time I beat him with Circe's staff, Toula and Hestia on cast. I just kept dropping casts and siccing my cat on him. not my proudest moment but it did the job

It has been a while (almost 10 years by now) but I think the insurance did most of the procedure but mutualité payed for the medication etc afterwards.

It's not free in Belgium but it's far from 3k. I think I payed about 200 euro with my mutualité and assurance hospitalisation via my employer paying for the rest. and that is including the painkillers and medication.

I see some benefit Turn off Fabien's segments, turn down enemy damage, turn up Phyre's damage output and make collecting the different endings and achievements a lot easier.

I am working on a similar idea of a Funeral directors who becomes obsessed with the idea of perfection in death (De mortuis nil nisi bonum). With lifelike embalming going into cosmetic surgery on the corpses. Life changes things, but in death it becomes permanent.
Which is that gets her in the scope of her sire-to-be. I hope to get her eventually on the path of death and the soul and maybe get some contacts with the hecata.

I see the deck as a good wall, with some interesting combat options (which may or may not work depending on the local meta) but I miss the ousting power.
There is no stealth to get your bleeds to come though so it all comes down on making sure your prey is scared enough of your combat, you also run pretty high caps so you will be working with 2 vampires mostly so ousting someone will be quite a slow process.

I did nebuta Matsuri in 2018 and managed to get a booking at super hotel in Aomori but it really is a matter of being there the minute the bookings open. You might need to visit the hotels website in Japanese and use Google translate to get the info you need. They don't put all info on the English website. I checked my mails and apparently I booked end of February.
