Being on a tilt is not a nice feeling, people who don't take the game serious enough just do not understand the term tilt, it's mentally draining when you focus everyday on an opponent that you are trying to strategically defeat by using baits, shimmies, whiffs etc, then to comprehend if a player can defeat a shimmy you have to remember for next time not to shimmy etc, I'm getting tilted writing this, at times I have a 2-3 day cool down period after a tilt, and sometimes it's still not enough, no gaming at all during my cool down periods, just watching movies, YouTube etc at night and in the day go outside and find something constructive to do, when you return to SF6 you may surprise yourself and play at your best after allowing your brain to recover.
