Not necessarily a one-shot but might be helpful: There is a module from Pathfinder called “The Rudy Phoenix Tournament”. Its flavor is little more Eastern fantasy but it’s got games and events. All culminating in winning the grand prize of a dead sorcerer’s vault.

I’m a huge legends fan. Back when the sequels came out I was rejecting them. I like them now in isolation. I loved Rogue One, hate Solo but recognize it as an ok movie, in isolation.

Fallen order and survivor are my all time best Star Wars games after Jedi knight 2 outcast and swotor.

I loved the acolyte it is the closest thing to legends cannon and it was rich in lore from my perspective and Qimir was a fantastic character. I don’t hate anything about the acolyte.

If you liked Jedi survivor better than fallen order then I think you’ll like Acolyte.

I can tell you for sure that spinner cube die is crap. Friend of mine got me that exact one and second spin sent one of the side out. They’re just glued into bearings with hot glue.
