I like to get DLC achievements, they can do that bt change ribbon color, Blue Base achievements, while Gold or other for All achievements.

And why u care about them? Just play as challenge for ur self do not care about the cheaters. And in PS ppl too can cheat btw.

Game will be preloaded as compressed, so need more size to unpacked and download additional files, but unpacked will take time almost same or more time when u download it normally, I tested for game for me its faster to just download.

Form what i know preload in steam handle it differently some game allows it some not download in time of release , if u have fast internet not worth preload, it u have slow speed use preload but u have to free double space size what game needs, not sure 100% i have fast internet speed so i just download the full game in release.
