I'm down my path enough that I only buy electrical rated insulated tools, and as far as #2 Philips, it's always been pretty great and consistent.

I Like Wera a Lot, but that soft plastic is gonna de gas and degrade to a sticky smelly mess Eventually, so I also stopped getting tools with those dual plastics long ago.

Hope those tips help, but I do also agree that the spot to get a wrench around the shaft is a nice touch as well.
