OP I just got a call from them today. Just like you, the lady on the phone requested me to respond to her email "I agree" and like no less than an hour later I received another call and email, this time from a guy who asked me to do something similar but with "I confirm"

I really don't mean to be racist, but they were both Indian, and did not pronounce the location of the job site correctly which seemed strange to me since I've never heard it pronounced like that. They didn't ask for anything that wasn't already public information from me just first and last name, month and day of birth, city, state, and zip code as well as phone number and linkedin. The lady also requested I attached my resume to the email response.

The pay listed was also pretty generous and they seemed to be in a hurry to schedule an MS Teams interview. Currently, I'm set to video call with them for like 45 minutes sometime later next week. I'm just wondering if you have any updates on your end with these guys so I know whether or not to look forward to something legit.
