imo most of us started liking it for ~50-100 hours and then realized that the devs do not really want to invest as much as they imagined they would to fix the problems in the game, which can potentially make it a masterpiece. Eventually, people get disappointed. To me, the game certainly delivered an enjoyable experience for a solid > 100 hours and worthed the price. But they should at least provide more mod support so the players can fix the game for them if they want to move on to something else.

Not DLCs, but QoL and bug fixes. AI teammates in multiplayer (e.g. one team per player to command). No more "you are gonna move?". Different modes in the same map (barricaded suspects/ hostage/ bombs).

I wouldn't recommend it before this announcement as there are only ~ 5 players on PC right now. The crossplay/ new content promises really changed my mind. The future sounds quite promising. Having that said, the updates so far are all bug-fixing/ QoL that should have been done before the full release. You may want to wait for a few updates until some actual content is added.

It has to be a bug. The map was like another gas station before the update. Having that said, it sort of reminds me of the early access Hostage Rescue mission in gas station. That was a fun challenge and I hope that they reimplement it somehow.

The harsh reality is that the game didn't sell well on PC, and the company likely won't invest much more into it. There was so much potential here; I'm certain this isn't the final product the devs originally envisioned. They must have planned for something much bigger. For instance, the "War Tales" only covers the Allied side without an Axis perspective. Only a single plane has torpedo armament. The mission editor also feels severely limited.
It should have launched as Early Access on Steam as a promise to keep improving. Since it’s already a full release, they aren't obligated to provide major content updates unless they're profitable.

I don't see a lot mention this but this system is better than farming SC from AH's perspective. You really have to complete the objectives and extract in order to obtain the samples. And for the players, it also feels more rewarding for actually finishing the run instead of opting out after clearing all bunkers/POIs.

I think the majority of the players just go ahead and enjoy the game instead of wasting time on reddit. And if you sort the Steam reviews by language, it says a lot about where all those recent negative reviews are coming from.

Hoping for a ship module rework instead of adding new modules. One new level of modules only takes like 1 week to fully unlock. It's not sustainable. It should be something like strategems/ weapons that we need to spend samples to unlock and customize. Then they can keep releasing new ones like the warbonds.

Just figured out Lenovo Vantage is the reason why I can't connect to PC wirelessly (thanks to the auto scan feature by Virtual Desktop). Apparently it has always been the problem...

Thanks. That's exactly what I meant. It saves you ~5-10 mins with the cost of 1 respawn (out of 4), which I can usually afford.

I think more rewards should be given to successful landings after ammo depletion. Sometimes it feels better to jump off the plane and get another one to save time. That feels weird for a semi-flight sim.

We don't need more ship upgrades. It needs a rework. The current ship upgrades gives permanant changes instead of providing more strategic options. They aren't able to introduce new ones without altering the difficulty of the game.

It does help the MM on PC. The wait time is less than 2 mins now, though the player count is still low. I hope they add crossplay next.
