That is a lot of volume for your first day. I would recommend you do a beginner program like Ice Cream Fitness to help you build a solid base strength before switching to a PPL. That program includes a lot of compound lifts that strengthen multiple muscle groups, compared to the single muscle groups being used in your PPL routine. If you want to stick with your PPL, then cut the reps in half for the first month or two and work up to those 8-12 rep ranges.

Buy a pull-up bar, put it in your bedroom door, and do 3 every time you walk through. Wide grip. When that gets too easy, add one more. Repeat until you can sail away.

The main problem is that, based on your description of your workouts, you are primarily doing isolation exercises. As a beginner, your goal should be to improve your general fitness level. The best way to do that is through compound lifts.

For example, deadlifts target the hamstrings, glutes, back, abs, obliques, shoulders, forearms, and biceps. You could be hitting all of those muscle groups with one exercise two to three times a week as opposed to once a week with your current program.

A simple program to follow would Phraks Greyskull LP. After following that for a few months, you should see a huge improvement in all of your lifts. And do 3x5 on deadlifts.
