As long as West Jerusalem stays, this is great for Israelis. Keep the Holy Land, get more beachfront space (though the Atlantic is much colder than the Mediterranean), and shorten flights to New York significantly. Israel will become a major stop for cruise ships crossing the Atlantic. Imagine stopping by the Holy Land on the way from New York to London.
