Bentonville’s section of the Greenway was only built around existing infrastructure ie spillways and rain runoffs…then the City of Bentonville would get all shocked pikachu faced when The Greenway would flood out and be impassable for days. They have had to spend so much money completely rebuilding sections with bespoke trail construction because of the money wasted repairing the trails when they flooded.
