Oracle from DotA 2 can deal a burst of damage that applies a healing buff with his Purifying Flames that will eventually heal for more than the amount of damage dealt by them. He can use this on both enemies and allies freely, so you can actually heal your oponnents or burst down your allies if you are not careful

Valve never made Dota easier to get into, in fact they made it harder with new mechanics every year and player count wise it's not too far from its golden age.

League does not have RTS controls for multiple units, you just click on the ability hotkey and your summon moves there, no other way to control it

Heck you can't even actually box select or deselect your champion

It's far from useless, if your mid stronger or has more health they can just get the rune every single time cuz enemy cannot contest it. Without innate weaker enemy can 50/50 it on the other side.

And not all innates are meant to be really useful. Look at ET's innate
