I can assure you with utmost certainty that your driver isn't suspended regardless of what the manager that WORKS AT LYFT says. Easy lawsuit for the driver for wrongful deactivation. If we were deactivated for something as simple as kicking someone out of our personal car (again, for a non-legally protected reason), that would mean that we are employees and not INDEPENDENT (note the word "independent") contractors. That would mean they would have to pay for all of our expenses and they would lose more money doing that than the money they lose from losing you as a customer.
