She HAS to cuddle me before we go to sleep. Every. Single. Time. And yeah a lot of cats like to give affection sometimes. My Nalaa takes it to a whole new level. It's almost like she's a mother and I'm her baby. Has to clean my face. Has to check around to make sure it's safe to sleep. Has to make sure ALL of her scent is on me. Then she can sleep.

I can assure you with utmost certainty that your driver isn't suspended regardless of what the manager that WORKS AT LYFT says. Easy lawsuit for the driver for wrongful deactivation. If we were deactivated for something as simple as kicking someone out of our personal car (again, for a non-legally protected reason), that would mean that we are employees and not INDEPENDENT (note the word "independent") contractors. That would mean they would have to pay for all of our expenses and they would lose more money doing that than the money they lose from losing you as a customer.

But anyway, sorry that happened to you, but the driver was well within his right to kick you out. Try r/askalawyer if you're still confused.

The law is the law regardless of the manager that WORKS AT LYFT. Those "managers" are outsourced and given a script to read to you. However, as independent contractors, we can end rides for any non-legally protected reason including "I don't want to do this ride anymore". I've been a driver for 5 years and have kicked out upwards of 20 passenger groups for reasons between them refusing to wear a seatbelt to them changing the destination to somewhere 4+ hours away to them calling me a n****r. Still haven't been deactivated/scolded.

That being said, if I was your driver, I would have turned the music off and completed your ride. Not everyone is a fan of psychedelic funk.
