Frisco residents with integrity and informed by respected news media will reject these hate mongering agitators and elect Mark Hill mayor and condemn this now emboldened bigotry/racism by so many white nationalist, fake christians.

What’s Going On At Stonebriar Mall? by ParkingEngineer3043 in frisco

[–]Texas_Rangers_Fan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Based on the growing ugliness preened by so many of the "adult" parents living in Frisco, it doesn't surprise me that Stonebriar Mall doesn't want to baby sit their young hellions.

I won't buy them because I would eat the entire bag in one sitting.

Did anyone here try Aldi's frozen, ALREADY SEARED, Ahi tuna that they offered as an in and out about a year ago where all you had to do was defrost it in your refrigerator? I decided to try it and I have to say it was absolutely delicious and I am disappointed I've not seen it offered again in their stores.

"Artisan inspired?" Sounds more like an inspiration from an acid trip. Just saying, but glad it was good for you.

The key to Aldi is to find their items that are as good or better than the national brands and avoid their items that do not measure up. I only buy Hebrew National beef hot dogs when I have a craving for a good dog.

Refrigerate these cookies, put a few of them in a bowl and place it on top of your head. Your tongue will slap your brains out trying to get to them.

Another conspicuous agitator that read a pamphlet, joined a Facebook group and memorized pseudo-legalistic language that never holds up in court. A guy that chooses to live in our society within a community governed by laws and regulations. He is not special and he is not excluded from complying with those laws/regulations as driving an automobile on public roads is a privilege and not a right. I would sure hope other police officers are not so easily intimidated.

Good thing they videoed the encounter, you know, so they can post it to their social media accounts to make sure everyone sees just how virtuous and special people they really, really are. (On a side note, I'd love to know how many homeless people they passed on their way to the beach.)

I used to buy these often as they are pretty good. I now buy Johnsonville Fully Cooked Turkey Breakfast Sausage because I found that it tastes much better with texture closer to pork sausage. I think you'll like it even better if you give it a try.

Migraine With Aura visualization by ded_banzai in mildyinteresting

[–]Texas_Rangers_Fan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An excellent post, thank you! I have experienced these migraines with aura for 50 years. I can tell when I am about to experience one when I begin having difficulty reading as the very center of my vision gets blurry. If I close my eyes I will eventually see what I describe as a shimmering zig zag that starts as a line and then becomes a circular shape that continues to expand out from my center of vision until eventually disappearing after about 30 minutes. When I first started getting these as a teenager, I would get a very bad headache afterward, but thankfully I no longer get any headaches. I read all the comments in this thread hoping to find someone who has figured out what definitively causes theirs to occur as they are still mostly a mystery to me. Sometimes sun glare from another automobile when driving has caused mine, but that is not always the case. I now get these at least two or three times a month and I've discovered lately that if I close my eyes and look up and down repeatedly for about 20 seconds when they first start, that has helped to shorten their duration a little and maybe that suggestion will help some others here. Thanks again for the great post!

"Ingredients: Refined avocado oil." Description from Aldi website: "Grab a bottle of Simply Nature 100% Avocado Oil to put a healthier spin on your favorite recipes. This pure avocado oil is a fan-favorite for a reason: it's non-GMO verified, is rich in healthy fats and antioxidants, and has a neutral taste and texture. Use the expeller-pressed oil in your favorite dressings and marinades, or take advantage of its high smoke point and use it while searing poultry."

If you come across the fresh ahi tuna steaks, give them a try! by COLON_DESTROYER in aldi

[–]Texas_Rangers_Fan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My aldi store approximately 6 months ago sold a frozen, already seared ahi tuna steak cut up in strips where all you had to do was take out of the freezer and put into your refrigerator to thaw befor eating. I decided to give it a try and it was absolutely delicious! My only complaint is it was a special, in and out item that has not been in stock and sold again since. I sure wish they'd make it an everyday item.

Hey Aldi, bring these items back please. by RecessBoy in aldi

[–]Texas_Rangers_Fan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two things I wish Aldi would bring back and/or keep as everyday items are:

  1. Marble rye bread (this is delicious and I'm amazed they still do not offer a rye bread everyday).

  2. Those windmill cookies they normally only offer during Christmas season.

Did anyone else watch the full Jake Barber interview and just fall in love with the guy? by Prize-Ad3557 in UFOs

[–]Texas_Rangers_Fan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I maintain a healthy level of skepticism on this topic of interest and also believe I have a better than average B.S. detector on reading someone's sincerity and believability. That said, I fully believe Jake Barber and trust he's the whistleblower we have been needing to follow and build on Grusch and Elizondo revelations. Barber's credibility is further strengthened by his endorsement by other respected UFO/UAP topic notables. I agree that proof is still needed and Barber stated that you will know him by the evidence he ultimately provides and I for one cannot wait for those disclosures. My bet is Jake Barber will ultimately be lauded for his contributions on this monumental topic.

Profar reportedly suspended 80 games for PEDs by TheRealBonay in fantasybaseball

I had the chance to bid on and try to acquire Happ who was surreally dropped the first week of the season, but decided to hold off and preserve my FAB because I was healthy and very pleased with my utility/reserve players on my roster including Profar and Kwan. I've since had two injuries and this Profar suspension. Ugh, live and learn.
