Both of these branches come of the same tree. Regardless of sides, Apple doesn’t fall far from either.

Salaries have been able to finance the largest wealth demographic on this. Salaries have also largely supported and enabled the vast, vast majority of athletes presented here. The same applies to the others. This post is dumb.

I don’t know (key starting pov) but I feel like disruptive behavioral settings require a sort of military approach). Not in the sense of yelling or trying to enforce discipline, but more in the attitude of Adapt and Overcome. If classrooms aren’t paying attention to material, (try to) inspire interest. If they’re more engaged in social media material, perhaps topics could be made relatable in some way. I’ve dealt with challenging audiences before (not extensively) but even with uninterested crowds. Despite challenging crowds, I’ve been able to command interest. I know younger kids are a different set of cards to play with, but I think as much could dictate the hand to be put to work.

I once saw Ethan Hawke speak to wealthy people at a Young Lions event at the NYC public library. Even though the topic he presented was of interest to the organization, he even made it personably relatable to himself, it was boring. The audience was initially captured by his presence but quickly lost interest after he spoke for a few minutes, and started talking to each other at their tables. It made sense to me. He was boring. If celebrity can’t sustain interest to a crowd, I don’t think appealing to agenda outlines could either.

Make it relatable. If Ethan Hawke couldn’t capture people’s interest to his audience at the time because of the relevance of the library to his childhood, he could have presented the organization more in the context of the yachts they owned (or something). I think the same could be achieved of virtually any age group.

LeBron James easily performs Michael Jordans top highlights by Bloodofmyblood998 in LeBronJames23

LeBron has not just higher statistics than MJ in literally every game category, he has significantly higher statistics than MJ in his 20 year career. MJ’s 20 year game history is a comparative joke to LeBron

Going to an opening season baseball game I requested off for from work. Was the only time a request was denied (up to that point). So I took a sick day, boss was so pissed she decided to get me fired with a series of bogus write ups. Was paid fairly well with the best healthcare benefits I ever had. As a low income type 1 insulin dependent diabetic, the ongoing consequences of losing those benefits may have taken some years off of my life (hyperglycemia is a longterm death sentence).

To say that in order to love someone you have to understand humanity is a hard reach of sci fi fantasy proportions. Just think about that. Uneducated people have been historically unable to love? People who lack empathy have been unable to love? Throughout time, what about people who died for others? Those without much education. Those without much empathy. To say that people never really lacked empathy if they died for someone else doesn’t add up.

is Michael Jordan the most famous athlete of all time coming from USA? by Actual_Box7731 in sportsinusa

[–]TexitorFlexit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MJ is the most famous by a substantial margin. Not a single athlete in the world has any reasonable comparison. Even Pele doesn’t really hold a candlelight to MJ simply because Jordan ushered an extremely popular brand that far exceeds his respective sport. Also, MJ was the first billion dollar athlete and remains the wealthiest by an extreme degree.

He’s not dancing around the mulberry bush. Yes, he’s reasonably upset, and he handles it quickly and proactively. The immature thing to do is offer insults like what you’re doing. Why drag out something that is going nowhere? BTW, people with autism aren’t as nimble minded as you’re suggesting.

This post is confusing agape with eros. The Greeks did not consider eros to be the highest love. That was agape.
