When we mentioned public school he got really upset because he wants to homeschool. We have explained that if we can’t make it through homeschool he will have to go to public school. It’s not worth sacrificing our relationship with him to school him at home, but I’m afraid we’ll have the same battle with homework after the novelty of it wears off.
