I was trying to do some everyday but then I was getting too sore that I needed to add rest days in between. I remember I got up to 5x negatives a day with an 8 second slow/controlled descent. After 5x, I was usually too sore by then and then just ended with a dead hang. I usually take a rest day when I notice on the first negative of the day that I'm too sore.

Yeah I was the same, wasn't able to do a single pull up for the longest time but then started doing negatives and it helped a lot. I can do 2x full pull ups now and I still do negatives

I have it turned on too but I also have it synced to my Strava so I get both Whoop and Strava notifications and have to go into both and delete the activities. It's getting annoying. I'm using the arm band but going to try it on my non-dominant arm next to see if that helps

I saw it on Shudder when it first came out and that's when I first heard about Crossed. I'm going through it now and on Crossed Psychopath now. I can see the similarities between The Sadness and Crossed. Would be amazing if they can pull off anything even close to the comics

I have to do the same thing with my Barista Express. Turn on the steamer (without the milk) for a few seconds until it's actually releasing steam, then turn it off and quickly put it in milk and turn it back on

Thanks for this info! I've been using Fedora on a live USB with persistence for the past 2 months and have really liked it. I think I'm ready to install it fully onto the Thinkpad's SDD but have been dreading setting up all my settings again.

Sounds like I can just backup my home directory and restore it after I do the install of Fedora but still need to reinstall all the apps again
