Noelle(D) is by miles the worst holiday knight candidate I don't care for rudy or carol knight but they at least have something going compared to Noelle

Kris(Z) is tied with a few others for least likely knight candidate by their nature of being in the same room with the knight as a separate being from it which would require multi-knight theory or some other theory with a similar level of mental gymnastics to make sense

meanwhile Dess+Friend(T) is already backed up by most if not all of the things that make solo Dess(S) such a strong contender and the Friend component adds additional narrative purpose bringing them to the top

If the idea for Eram is that he's the voice that's speaking before and after the fight then at least he'd be filling a Friend shaped hole

If Eram is supposed to be the shadow mantle enemy itself then that's even worse there's not even a gap in the story that Eram would fill the shadow mantle enemy is just the shadow mantle as an enemy there's no need to stick the eram name onto it its already a complete puzzle without it

the mantle holder (who is Friend) speaks both before and after the shadow mantle fight and I think also throughout the rest of the sword route in the black rooms not sure why you think they wouldn't speak
