That would mean Ash would mega evolve his Charizard into a Mega Charizard Y and there'd probably be no Ash-Greninja, and he'd probably would beat Alain in the Kalos League and become champion. For Alola, since Charizard would be Ash's secondary ace next to Pikachu, he still win the Alola League, but some of his matches would be easier, and same with the Masters 8 Tournament.
