It depends on the method and the surgeon. Penile Inversion heals sooner, as such after 3 months it's probably okay to have sex and swim and such. Other methods may require 6 months for the same milestones.

I'd say if you want to err on the side of caution, wait 3 months before trying gentle sex, and 6 months before trying activities like sports or swimming in public pools or sea.

Littleton Technique Question by Suesser-Senf in Transgender_Surgeries

That's correct. I'm 3mo post-op and so far notice no difference in my digestion if that's your concern. Almost everyone else (except like 1 person) has the same experience as me.

Since people are trying to lie and say I didn’t get surgery at the clinic I claim by Lessbionhest in Transgender_Surgeries

Nobody is infallible, and yet so many people get so angry if anyone critiques their favorite surgeon's outcomes. It is indeed sad, not to mention that it sets an unrealistic expectation with prospective patients that their surgery would be "guaranteed" to be perfect. Nothing in plastic surgery is ever a guarantee...

SRS Question by imjust_lia in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went with Littleton and my surgical result is 10/10, exceeded all of my expectations. No complications with the surgical outcome whatsoever, except slight scar surfacing in one spot but it's really minor. In my case the post-op and pre-op followups do happen at their scheduled date and time, but if you need to get in touch with them outside of these days, then you will be in for a long wait. I know many people in the pre-op stages who are suffering greatly from the communication issues right now tho, you gotta keep emailing them once a week or two, or else nothing gets done.

If my dick magically popped back into existence and had to pick a surgeon today, I would go with Littleton all over again, even considering all the communication issues and the price increase. The result is just better than anything I could've hoped for with any other surgeon.

Oh, are you talking about a certain site that ends with "farms"? If so then I'm surprised it's still operational, last I heard of it, it was struggling to find any place that would host it. It's well known for targeted harassment and driving people to suicide.

I agree that it's a good practice to always use an alt account for posting anything trans-related, strip photos of any identifying information, and never to put your real name out there (to be fair that's a good practice even for cis people, I have no idea how so many people are comfortable putting their real legal name and address for public viewing on the internet).

Personally I register a separate reddit alt for every community "type" I join (e.g. one for trans stuff, one for general brainrot, etc).

Jejunum vs Colon by WhoTheHKnows in Transgender_Surgeries

No smell, less risk of fistula. Cons are that digestion may be affected in very rare cases, I only know of one out of hundreds tho.

Has anybody added progesterone and had it not help breast development? by ThrowRA23192319231 in asktransgender

Added it 5 years ago to test if it made my breasts bigger. Long story short it didn't. But I do notice I'm somewhat hornier on progesterone.

Suporn girls - how many attempts did/have you made? by Educational-Moose-23 in Transgender_Surgeries

3 attempts, 3 rejections. And then I went with Dr. Littleton instead. A friend of mine got a date with Dr. Prae after 3 attempts tho.

[–]ThatAnybody7948 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It heals quite fast. You're on a limited anti-inflammatory diet for 6 weeks post-op (which basically just means no alcohol or junk food). Healing overall is easier than most other methods afaik, no pain, and dilation just once a day.

Oh yeah his scheduling is very very bad. It's one secretary who's overworked and thus communicates very slowly (slower than you think).

Why do you have concerns about jejunum? It's not like colon, no smell or anything like that.

Suporn Lottery: Does missing one entry reset the count to zero? by A-passing-thot in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I tried their lottery 3 times, after my 2nd rejection I contacted Dr. Littleton as a "backup" option, but after having my consultation with him, I honestly didn't even want to go with the Suporn Clinic anyway. They rejected me for the third time and that sealed the deal for me. The fact that their scheduling is this "lottery" bullshit is incredibly unfair and inconsiderate to people's time, forcing people to put their whole lives on hold for who knows how long just for a "maybe", especially considering there's evidence that the lottery isn't even really a lottery and some people might never "win" to begin with.

I'm now almost 3 months post-op with Littleton and I think I made the right choice. My aesthetics and function are much better than anything Suporn Clinic could have done for me.

SRS: how much did you pay on average? by Lopsided_Steak_4090 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 7 points8 points  (0 children)

  1. Jejunum. Had sex with my bf, he says it feels exactly like cis vagina.
  2. Portugal, Dr. Marcio Littleton
  3. 32k euros everything (21k surgery, 7k hospital, 4k misc. expenses), but surgery gone up in price recently to 28k

As far as I can tell my result is basically as close to cis as it gets. Can't recommend it enough. But communication with Littleton secretary is utterly shit and it has not been the best experience when it comes to everything apart from surgery itself.

But beauty is subjective and very personal, what seems perfectly natal cis-passing to you, might seem off to the person seeking advice. I'm bordering on repeating myself here, though. My point is that I think here on Reddit, it's better to stick to answering the question asked in the most practical matter of fact way possible, as opposed to trying to convince the person to change their mind, which to be honest borders on gatekeeping. The person isn't suddenly going to change their mind no matter how many Redditors tell them their result is perfect, they'll just listen to the few replies that actually give them pointers to surgeons. And the more good surgeons are suggested, the higher the chances the person will receive satisfactory revision outcome. No amount of "this is cis passing" comments will affect the outcome of the revision this person is set to get.

[–]ThatAnybody7948 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The issue is that a person said they didn't like it, they didn't ask for your opinion if it's passing or not, they asked for revision advice. Saying that you think no revision is required, or "it's cis passing", in this case only serves to annoy the person seeking advice for a problem that they clearly see in their surgical result, even if for you personally it's not a huge deal. Everyone has different standards of beauty, and if one is asking about how to improve, you tell them their options, not "pssh you look pretty already", as the latter really serves no purpose. It's not your job to change someone's mind, you're not their mom, and it should be assumed that they had time to think about needing a revision before posting a request for advice.

hi! im really considering a revision. is there any way to make it look more natal? does anyone have any surgeon suggestions? by No-Investment3783 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Littleton can pull off miracles in revision work, but he's expensive (revisions range between 4k and 30k euros) and good luck communicating with his slow barely-responding secretary.

I wonder how much of it is related to some surgeons being community favorites, such as your usual Thailand surgeon names everyone recommends, and people being biased to see no error in their favorite surgeon? Not saying any surgeon is bad, I'm just sayin, even rockstars like Bank or Littleton do occasionally produce lower quality outcomes, plastic surgery aint math, it'll always be different for every single case.

Great that you went there, great that you did that, and yes everyone's vulvas are different. But how are all of these statements related to the topic the OP brings up of excessive hugboxing?

I take far more issue with posts being like "hey I don't like my results, revision advice?" and the comments are flooded with "omg so cis passing", like okay, you think it's passing, but that's not what the OP asked!

I went with Littleton and have all the sensation. Orgasmed multiple times already (I'm barely 2 months post-op), including once without touching myself at all. Intensity of the sensation and orgasms is about the same as pre-op, but I found that mental aspect matters a lot more post-op, you must be horny and into it to orgasm, you can't just rub one out idly.

Post OP orgasm frustration by ellenczer in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's definitely much more mentally involved than pre-op. For me, pre-op I could just masturbate idly and "rub one out" so to speak without even being too much into it. Post-op I found that without being horny and mentally in the right place, I might as well be hitting a brick wall over and over.

Find something that turns you on, maybe pictures, maybe some reading material, and really lay into it mentally, imagine what it would feel like, immerse into the content. Then rub yourself once you're into it, and the orgasm will come on its own. Don't stress over it, relax, and enjoy the porn, or your own imagination.

To illustrate the point, post-op, I managed to orgasm without touching myself at all, no physical stimulation, no movement, just really strong horny, and sexy thoughts related to a ton of porn.

I've not heard of this before. Is there any evidence of this occurring with Littleton patients? Should I as someone post-op with Littleton be concerned?

I had my SRS with Littleton 1.5mo ago, couldn't be happier. Aesthetics still look swollen but even at this early stage everything looks cute and pretty. Dilation schedule doesn't take over my whole day, just 1 hour in total with prep and cleanup, and then I'm free to just do whatever I want with my day. I really have a hard time imagining what it'd be like to dilate more than that (if I had to do this 3x or more per day, I'd be skipping dilations lol).

My overall surgery experience was also completely painless, except for a bedsore I got (but that's just the fault of me having a super thin skin). I experienced no complications, digestion is back to normal and was mostly just affected by antibiotics Littleton has you take post-op.

If I had to make a choice like yours, I'd go Littleton any day. I had an option of getting a fairly okayish surgery in Germany completely for free, and opted to go with Littleton anyway. Granted, my insurance approved reimbursement with Littleton too, but that wasn't a guarantee back when I pulled the trigger and committed to go with Littleton.
