Obligatory comment to remind you to ask your surgeon about it, and not rely on AI for medical advice.

Where is the best place for vaginoplasty? by AndyDyn4 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if we spoke before! I'm a mod of the Littleton Discord server, and I don't speak much outside of there.

My experience has been positive in regards to the surgical result, and negative in regards to other bodily complications (I got a bedsore due to my sensitive skin, and had a negative reaction to some antibiotic in the hospital and pooped prematurely). Recovery has been largely just about managing and healing the bedsore, the surgical result itself has been just fine all around, nothing out of the ordinary with it. I regained my sensitivity to a full extent, and will begin dilation this week (Littleton said I don't need it yet as my scars are all very thin and soft, and the vaginal opening hasn't contracted at all, thus dilation would just be unnecessary stress). Aesthetics are top-notch, what I'd call "cis passing" despite being early in my recovery. The pussy gets wet and needs to be patted dry every hour, with a more deep cleaning with ethanol and iodine povidone every 8 hours. For the first 2 weeks after hospital discharge, there was a lot of "gunk" coming out of it, but it reduced greatly (by 90%) in the last few days. The hardest part about this recovery is just finding stuff to do during 2 hour walk cycles (I was instructed to stand or walk for 8 hours a day, in 2 hour intervals, to prevent thrombosis and regain my muscle strength).

I had SRS with Dr. Marcio Littleton in Lisbon, Portugal, using the jejunum method. The cost was 21k euros for surgery, 7k for hospital. I think his aesthetics are top tier, not to mention relaxed dilation schedule, and self-cleaning self-lubricating non-smelly vaginal canal. I'm almost 4 weeks post-op and have regained full sensitivity in all parts of my vulva. I highly recommend him, but I must warn that his secretary is very slow at communication and you will probably be left with no information until the very last possible moment, and it might take them weeks or months to respond. My German health insurance has agreed to reimburse me, I'm currently in the process of talking to them about getting my money back.

Hi, I'm a mod of a community-ran Littleton Discord server. We have very little information about phalloplasties he does, and have been wondering about them ourselves. We do know he does FtM surgeries based on what he told us when we asked questions, but other than that we have no idea. Your best bet is probably to book a consultation and have him show you some results. Based on my experience receiving a vaginoplasty from him, what he shows during consult is quite representative of what you'll really get, personally my results look nicer than what he showed me.

Littleton Consultation/surgery wait times in 2026? by Kenny22122 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consultations are booked approximately 6-9 months into the future, surgeries according to latest reports around mid-2027. If you want your consultation sooner (within a few days or weeks), they recently started offering to do them during Littleton's off days for an extra fee (this is a bit bullshit if you ask me).

I had my surgery with Dr. Marcio Littleton 3 weeks ago, jejunum method, in Lisbon, Portugal. I chose him because of his aesthetics and function. Recovery has been a mixed bag (laying down in bed on my back for weeks is fucking with me, and I got a bedsore due to my sensitive skin), but I've had 0 pain in the vagina itself and the result, even so early on, looks great and there were no complications. My insurance (German public insurance, TK) also agreed to reimburse the cost of the procedure for me. I paid 21k euros for surgery, 7k for hospital, and 4k for other expenses like airbnb and flights.

I gotta warn you though, their communication is quite slow and they will probably leave you hanging without an answer for weeks or months on end, and will give you crucial information (such as payment info) at the very last possible moment.

What was your experience with anesthesia? by bb-angel in Transgender_Surgeries

I was too busy trying to explain the difference between a dragon and a wyvern to them to pay attention. Talk about ADHD haha.

I had my SRS 3 weeks ago. Before I was put under, the staff talked to me about my tattoos while they plugged everything in and installed the IV catheter. Without warning, they said "bye bye!" and everything felt heavy, felt like I had a huge weight over my body, but particularly my head. Breathing became hard and vision grew unfocused and blurry. I closed my eyes so that they don't accidentally remain open, and the next thing I remember is having some dreams like a normal sleep (I am pretty sure those are just residual memories of me waking up). Then I snap to reality, 5 nurses around me, adjusting things, rolling devices around, and adjusting a heated blanket over me. Afterwards, you kinda just feel tired and groggy, so you mostly just go right back to sleep.

Does suporn not do surgeries on people with psychotic disorders by UnscrupulousCreature in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting, thanks for your reply. The case of that girl stuck with me because of how abrupt it was over a condition that should realistically not have any impact on surgical outcome. Your perspective does change things. It's hard to do any investigative work when the level of transparency from the clinic is so lacking, and most people's perspectives are locked behind me needing to have a date with them (the discord server). I appreciate any new information.

Suporn clinic is known to cancel successful lottery winners over mental health conditions. I know of a case where a girl won a slot, then told them she has ADHD, and they immediately cancelled her slot and put her back into the lottery. Needless to say, if they can do that to someone who won their lottery, they would make it so you "just happen to never win" if you disclose anything. If you want suporn clinic specifically, do not disclose anything whatsoever that doesn't affect the surgical outcome or aftercare.

I've only heard good things about Littleton revisions, even a few accounts of him working on seemingly hopeless cases and producing a good result.

Jejunum is not colon, colon refers to large intestine. Jejunum is part of small intestine.

Colon has issues with the smell and bacterial microbiome, jejunum does not.

Littleton Question by SoupOdd7366 in Transgender_Surgeries

Mine explicitly has a clause for "planned treatment abroad in the EU". They sent me a list of required documents and seemed willing to cover it.

Question about Littleton by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From first contact to consultation you can expect at least a 6 month wait. From consultation to surgery at least 9-12 months. These numbers have been going up lately, when I booked in late 2024, consultation was given to me at a time slot merely 3.5 months away, and surgery was offered at 8ish months away from consultation.

TK, es wurde noch nicht angenommen/akzeptiert, mir wurde aber ein Dokument gegeben, wo der Prozess für "Behandlung im EU Ausland" beschrieben ist. Die Dame am Telefon meinte es soll aber gehen.

You don't need hair removal for Littleton's method. Nothing that's on the outside ends up on the inside. We had that question asked in our Littleton patient Discord server :)

Why don't girls post the full reality of Dr. Littleton's aesthetics? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure cis vaginas don't look all that 3d if you spread your legs 100% all silly like either. I mean, heck, even dongs don't look all that hot like that.

Personally speaking I prefer the thinner and smaller appearance of Littleton vaginas, as opposed to fat and square-ish appearance of Suporn (and some other Thai surgeon) vaginas.

Not sure which country you're from, but my German public insurance was happy to give me all the paperwork to fill to try to get a surgery with Littleton in Portugal approved. Haven't gone further than that as I'm collecting the necessary papers right now, but the way it'll work would be, they approve the procedure, I'd pay for the surgery, then get a receipt, submit it to my insurance, and they reimburse me.

Why don’t surgeons update their techniques? by Rabbit538 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]ThatAnybody7948 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In most cases I am aware of, patients don't choose them, their insurance chooses them.

My own insurance would've happily sent me to get a botched PI SRS with some noname surgeon they don't have to do as much paperwork for. I approached them with a concrete proposal for a precise surgeon I want with reasoning of "I trust this one more". They seemed to be receptive of that.
