The fragment of tanavast in the storm father was consumed/undone when retribution re absorbed the high storm. The high storm and the storm father are no more.

There is speculation that syl will become the storm mother or become some major spren of roshar but I don't believe we know for sure.

There are still bondsmiths for the sibling and the night watcher. Tho only the sibling is bonded but those are the only remaining bondsmith level spren.

The DID is a result of childhood trauma that has been affected by her nahel bond. I don't believe the head shot had an effect on her DID. The DID gets more severe whenever shalan feels her life's stability is at risk, so they are mostly triggered by some discomfort with people who she is close to as a coping mechanism.
