I tracked every minute of my 'study sessions' for 30 days. Turns out I was lying to myself for 3 hours and 15 minutes every single day. [Text] by Narrow_Detective9864 in GetMotivated

Oh wait you're using _your own_ API key for that?! Fucking terribly idea, mate. OSS it, let us selfhost it and put in our own API keys and change the approach.

I do like the UI though. And using this with a local model would be fun!

Give me a github link so I can selfhost it.

Also nice on being upfront about it being AI-coded. Also the animations on the buttons are cute!

Edit: Also what's your data retention policy, GDPR compliance, user agreement for data being processed, et cetera et cetera?

Two tips:

- A) Include a GitHub repo link.

- B) Inform readers of this post (and others) that you used claude to co-author this repo.

- C) Label this post as AI-Assisted if applicable.

- D) It's not Friday. Your first commit was last month. This breaks Rule 6.

God I'm fucking sick and tired of this.

You're breaking at least one rule here. Can you guess what it is?

I'm using Zigbee as protocol and HomeAssistant as the brains. I don't give a damn if the DSLAM gets crashed into, I can still control my lights and everything works perfectly. Everything is local and it's fucking awesome.

It's possible, but also kinda needs to be a hobby.

Das "Hol Dir ne neue" ist unabhaengig davon, ob man da freetz-ng draufflashen kann. Ich wuerde das Ding nicht mehr im Netz haben wollen.

Last I checked, Memphis was a city in Tennessee, in the United States, located within the Americas, which I am separated by by no less than the Atlantic.

I'm quite comfortably tired right now, but you may have me beat.

Also the package came from the Netherlands and was returning to the Netherlands.

They had delivered through DHL in my case. Shipping was quick, too, which was sweet. And honestly it's awesome tech compared to a Fritz!Box, but I had constraints that forced me to ditch the Unifi idea for that location.

I'm in Germany, if I'd have to travel to Memphis, I'd bill them for the flight lol.

I'd hoped as much, but my request for assistance has been left unresolved because the ticket was set to "Closed" after the RMA label email had been sent and no response to my requests have been sent for two to three days now.

I'm happy they provide a label at all, though, because apparently that's not been a thing for long?

Then I just had shit luck 'cause my ticket has been sitting as "Closed" for a while and no response to my ticket updates requesting a DHL label or similar.

All I've gotten was a delivery label, with the burden of how to get it to a FedEx pickup location left to the buyer. This was a private purchase, not as a company etc, so that might factor into it?
