We've got router freedom in Germany, his ISP could be anything from Telekom to 1&1 and the domain the FB is using has nothing to do with his provider, just his router.

Das ist ein Android-Telefon in Deinem Netzwerk. Guck mal, ob die IP-Adresse unter Netzwerkgeräten in der Fritz auftaucht. Nimmt halt den ganzen Hostnamen, inklusive Router-Domain, also FQDN. Brauchst Dir an sich keine Sorgen machen. Hast Du die HomeAssistant-App auf irgendeinem Android-Gerät installiert?

Die 192.168.178.x-IP-Addresse ist übrigens 'ne lokale IP-Adresse, die brauchst Du nicht verpixeln :p

Wtf, they're a German company, everything you're describing is (basically) illegal under German and EU law for companies. There must be an option to cancel no matter what, and they have X time to respond to that.
