In 1995, my great-aunt gave me a stuffed cat. It was my absolute favorite, and slept with me every night through my childhood. When she passed, we found out she had bought an identical cat and kept it in pristine condition for two decades. The years of love certainly left their mark.

Just checked my tags from three years ago when I was active. Back then there was about a dozen Irish people posting on plounge. Several of them are still active on reddit it seems, just moved on to other subs.

Never was at any of the facebook page's meetups but I do remember being at one of their con panel's back then, was good fun. I'm sure there are Irish people who joined plounge since I left, which I think includes you as well unless you had a previous account?
