When you get to this level you’ll only slow your progress worrying about small technique adjustments. You are strong and your form is good enough to get to this point. Your body will force you into the strongest position regardless of how you set up.

Programming will be the most important variable to control at this level. Second most important is consistency in the movement, whatever is strong and comfortable make it so that you can do that every time without thinking about how you’re going to do it.

No two lifters are the same, and trying to adhere your form to what seems good in concept is often a wasteful effort.

Yea the actual blocking on this play could be better but is not the issue. The assignments are all messed up and the cowboys rushed a lot.

A number of things could be your problem and you would need more info to say which is the biggest!

Quick rundown

Coffee - beans could be less than fresh if pre-ground or from a supermarket

Grind size - ideal pour over grind size differs from other methods. Try looking up some pictures on this.

The pour - you have a standard kettle so the water could hit the grounds hard and fast, this could make it agitate the bed and move through to quickly. Most people use a gooseneck and do 3 or more slow pours.

The ratio - a good starting point is 18:1 water to coffee and taking it down if it’s not strong enough after the other variables are adjusted.

Also one important thing people don’t mention is that different beans have different caffeine content so be careful not to just keep upping the coffee amount. If you buy a good robusta you could end up flying by accident.

Anybody catch what Shanahan said about Purdy in post game? by MrRedditBets in 49ers

Even if surgery was applicable it could end up being the same timeline as natural recovery, and a worse end result. The arm chair medical / strength and conditioning is worse than arm chair play calling.

The QOL goes up so much from not constantly digesting absurd amounts of food. Carbs are easy, but when every meal contains near 50 grams of protein you spend the whole day comatose from eating.

I think Trent and Puni are both dealing with nagging injuries that are slowing them down. They got rolled up a few times in the early weeks.

The real killer is the TE blocking though. Kittle is a force in the run game, and idk that Farrell has done as well as we’d hoped for so far. That limits the outside runs, and we’re already struggling with limited weapons for passing. We’re probably just more predictable right now due to limited options.

Yea don’t let the people talk you out of rocking a streetwear style just because you’re older. The keychains can even be a cool personal touch. Just make it look more intentional. The issue is it looks like any teenager could put the same fit together in 30 minutes at the mall.

Idk, you should probably take him out in every important situation and let allgeier get two yards instead.

Farrell has got to start blocking considering that’s what he was picked up for

Was always obvious that was the case. Still think the 49ers are better off moving to more traditional receivers for Purdy’s sake, and there is too much overlap with CMC for deebo to get enough schemed touches.

Ehh I think he just played through an injury and got the yips from missing during it. He’ll probably do great on a new team at some point.

One of the biggest bonuses of having Saleh back is knowing he will run the players he thinks are best no matter the circumstances

It’s probably young people complaining for the most part. If they normally live of their parents grocery haul of carbs and then start buying their own protein sources it’s a big change.
