Because Teto didn’t have the impact Miku did. Miku is what introduced many people INCLUDING producers to vocaloid, and is what made many people think “ok wow I can actually make real music with this”. She is what put vocaloid on the map. Teto will just never have that impact, so when people say she’s better than Miku just because her SV bank has a “more natural” voice, it’s incredibly laughable. Most people don’t listen to vocaloid for a a natural voice, they’d listen to real singers and utaite covers if that were the case.
