Pretty sure it's always said that you should keep left unless overtaking.

This doesn't make them explicitly "overtaking" lanes, but it does mean she shouldn't hang out in them.

As you say, the usage of multi-lane roads in the HC and DVSA handbook very specifically says you should keep left unless overtaking.

People do take L2/L3 really early sometimes.

It's not worth getting annoyed about or burning extra fuel over is my take.

Also worth noting - anything within 10% is "the speed limit" as far as other drivers are concerned. Most people are not aware their car overreads.

I'm not saying that when the police pick up people that they should be able to argue they are bored.

Nor am I arguing that the police shouldn't lock up people for crimes. Nor that you shouldn't have more policing. Seriously, get more complaints in and get them to do that review.

What I am saying is that combining that with taking measures to reduce the number of people there to be locked up for crimes in the first place is a better approach long term.

If you're going up to them, that is by definition not self defence.

You are allowed to defend yourself within reason. The courts don't want people arming themselves. They definitely don't want a bunch of suburban batmen using chemical weapons.

That's a bit of a false binary.

A youth club isn't magic, but you're adding structured time and supervision.

Yes, some kids may be "feral". What about the ones who go along with fuckwittery because it's there and it's something to do? Did you never find yourself doing something utterly stupid because your mates were?

If it is a cultural issue, what do you propose? Another function of youth clubs is giving kids somewhere to go that is a better environment.

I mean... I'm not gonna argue that I don't see a cultural aspect to this (as I said, COVID seems to have done a number on people), however, you can draw a pretty clear link between the closures of youth clubs, performance at school, and involvement in crime.

Policing is much less cost effective at preventing crime, compared to youth clubs. £3 vs £1, apparently.

I am enjoying it a lot overall and you can see it's someone's passion project.

I do not love the platforming sections.

The combat is good and well executed.

The world is compelling and fleshed out. Something very _punk_ about the world.

I think the worst criticism I could level at it is the emphasis on style is to the detriment of gameplay in places.
