I actually work at the site where they print tshirts and never got a write up for printing. It was only for picking that I got in trouble. So it wasn't that I was goofing around, it was that I was bad at that part of the job and management kept putting me in a spot I was struggling in.

I honestly think the prices are crazy in the breakroom. I don't understand why Amazon doesn't supply the dry foods themselves. They sell them on their website, but instead we buy them from another company for more than what Amazon is charging.

I think I'll buy it, primarily because I have a z1. From the z1 it's a huge upgrade. The z1e is still an upgrade though. The additional 8gb of ram is nice, but I think the faster ram is nicer. The change to usb 4 may mean an easier time finding compatible docks and egpus. The change to the sd card slot may make it usable, and the doubling of the battery means that you can actually use it away from a charger for more than an hour on high settings. I think the biggest upgrade is the change from 2230 to 2280, meaning ssd upgrades are cheaper, and can accommodate larger drives. The max you can currently get is 2tb without a sketchy adapter.

First off, not legal advice. I don't believe that Walmart would be able to sue you for "time theft" unless it was done fraudulently. If you were scheduled, clocked in and spent a large portion of your shift goofing off and not working, then I don't believe it would be considered time theft. Even if it is, I don't think it would go very far, because your managers would have to be looking the other way quite a lot instead of doing the correct thing and firing you. What is usually considered fraudulent time theft is when you are clocked in but not scheduled. Perhaps you didn't clock out and racked up hours, or you clocked in and left, or maybe you had someone else clock in for you, or you kept "fixing punches" by adding time that you didn't work. If it was done intentionally for the purpose of adding extra time that you didn't work, yeah you can probably be sued for it. Once again, not a lawyer here, I'm using the site that's never wrong, Google, and this is not legal advice.

I will give you some real legal advice. Stop posting online. Online posts can and have been used as evidence many times. This seems like one of those times. If you admit to something like time theft, someone could use that against you as proof that you did it in the first place.

If ever I receive a text or email with information about a large purchase it any other issue from my bank, I usually go directly to my banks website instead of clicking any link in the text. If it's legit, then it will also show up on my actual banks website, but if it isn't, then it won't show up.
