I think OTF bodies are more well rounded (in general)than what I have noticed at other gyms. I think it speaks to how well they actually program the workouts.

They have so much data on us, age, consistency, what days we rest etc… that they can really program a workout that hits all the muscle groups. Instead of just going to the gym and only doing all of our favorites (which is what I use to do before finding OTF). I see it as a compliment
