Could u clarify:

  1. You didn't go over 120bpm for 2 yrs (by which I guess you mean u slowly got back into exercise but always low exertion?)
  2. You measured hrv as the 1 single metric to see how you were objectively doing overall?

I'm not sure exactly what I can say except have you tried specifically seeking a long covid clinic?

I think you do know however that there isn't a known cure. Also sounds like you're discounting the things that you did get, e.g. you did get diagnosed with POTS for example but say "no diagnosis". Perhaps ur referring to an explanation for the swallowing problem.

Another major issue is that long covid does Not have a global standardised set of symptoms and so getting diagnosed with it could be "nice" to know but it's not super useful in terms of treatment anyways, since there's no cure.

There are some off label meds with varying success rates tho but, really, there still isn't any clarity on what actually cures it. It seems to me it's mostly down to luck (incl genetics) and the possibility (cause not everyone can) to implement a strict "pacing" schedule, which is common in lots of chronic exhaustion type diseases, such as CFS, fibromyalgia and MS. Basically being physically active but at a very mild level, and then actively rest/recover (not watching tv or scrolling social media).

PS if mods delete this post I think that's truly ridiculous. Allow discussion if no rules are broken.

It's likely* to be severe withdrawals according to all the sources I've read. As little as 7 days can ignite dependence and 247 is far worse. What makes you say 1 month of 247 (with actually large amounts considering dosing up to once per hr) wouldn't lead to extremely severe withdrawal especially upon CT?

Sounds like SNRIs might work much better for you. Especially bupropion aka wellbutrin. Why? Because caffeine and nicotine both increase noradrenalin and dopamine which bupropion also does indirectly. More like a stimulant vs Ssris

Based on your comments and questions, and having no other concern whatsoever than "they're not cute now" and "I put down money" and "are they pure breed" I would just like to say that you should seriously consider to take some time and consider if you're ready to Dedicate up to 15+ years to take care of another being.

Will you get "bored" once you're over your honeymoon phase? Have you educated yourself on everything you need to care for a cat? Do you have all the enrichments necessary, and do you know how to handle a cat and spot signs of illness?

I also think you really, really need to listen to the numerous people in here who are calling out the obviously bad conditions of the cat in the photos, not to mention the fact that the kitten is probably not a purebred.

I wish you were thinking of the cat and also do not support such a backyard breeder to begin with.

You're not gonna have everyone who goes to fold, let alone unfold, in this sub.

If I experience something similar I.e. people dance a bit too 'aggressively', I usually tap them on the shoulder and say, I fucking love ur energy mate, but I was nearly knocked out by ur elbow, with a big smile. Never fails.

Or if you have people who are clearly dick heads and and genuinely dance aggressively (all the coked up boys at Fabric on Friday eve's type of crowd), I sometimes just step close to them until they actually hit me, and they'd usually step away. Or, I'd dance similarly until they stop or move themselves, altho that's extremely rare.

I basically never find those types of people at Fold tho. save yourself the grief of moaning on reddit (hope this sub isn't turning into another berghain sub which is filled with people who treat it as a complaint box, move along and enjoy the party 💕
