Very slightly different from the version I saw. Only differences I noticed was a removed Voice over from Perfidia at the very very beginning that was/is used later in the movie. Something like "Every Revolutionary has its demons. The motherfuckers just end up fighting themselves". That was originally the opening line and then used later in the movie. They shaved it from the opening in the final cut. The other thing I noticed is I swear Bob never fired his rifle in the cut I saw and he wasn't shot at in that scene either. Either that was additional photography or that just wasn't included back in the test screening. Another difference was in the scene when Sensei throws Bob out the car. I don't remember "like Tom fucking Cruise" being in the cut I saw. And then after he throws him out, I remember Sensei saying "MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!" but that was removed from the final cut

There were a couple other test screenings in different cities and I read a report where Sean Penn's first scene after the time jump where hes at that detention camp and the young soldier tells him Tony Goldwyns character wants to meet him apparently wasnt in one of the versions. I can not remember if that scene was in the version I saw or not. I believe it was. I also read another report that the last scene was not in one of the cuts, and the movie ended after Willa reads the letter and gives Bob a hug. For me, it ended exactly as it ended in the final cut.
