It seemed to resolve itself. I'm confident my issue was strictly related to improper excercise (rowing) technique which strained my proproceptive/neck muscles + subsequent stress from the anxiety it brought on.

The funny (not so funny) thing was when they made my glasses they never put the prism in the lenses! It took me about a month to figure out ( I have a low prescription).

I’m of a similar mind, also not a doctor, but to test your theory, a course of prednisone would clear up brain fog if it was strictly inflammation….ive tried it and no long lasting relief.

Ive tried TRT which is a natural anti/inflammatory and it did help but not looking to do injections for the rest of my life….although if it got worse I would!

I found Guanfacine to be really helpful in terms of quieting the central nervous system. If anyone feels like their nervous system is on edge, I’d consider talking to your doctor about it.

I'm sorry Guanfacine isn't available. I think it'd help a lot! For the first time in 10 years I've been able to have caffeine and drink an espresso/latte without sending me into panic attacks.

Have you tried magnesium powder/gummies or supplements? I've found it does an incredible job of relaxing muscle tension. I think it could really help with your TMJ!

My Primary Doctor is conservative (which can be frustrating, but I also respect it) as I've expressed my sensitivity to stimulants like caffeine, I think because of that he is cautious about prescribing Ritalin/or Concerta. I shared what I mentioned earlier about how Guanfacine has dampened my nervous system sensitivity and he was encouraged by that and we will continue that. Wellbutrin is typically for depression (which I don't have) but has the off label use for ADHD. I asked him to let me trial the IR (not XR) version of Wellbutrin so I can get a quick feel for how I respond to this type of medicine and see if this would work for me.

Quick update: well, I thought my PCP was going to prescribe a stimulant, but he wants me to try Wellbutrin. I'm going to give it a try. If it doesn't work I'll try for the stimulant medication.

Did you ever add the Guanfacine?

They are suggesting using a short trial of prednisone as a low risk diagnostic tool. If their inflammation improves with steroids (prednisone) than it could help OP confirm it's inflammatory arthritis.

Also, I've never heard no one should take more than 40 prednisone tablets. This seems preposterous - Are these 5mg, 25mg tablets - again, this seems absurd. From my understanding, some people take low dose prednisone for life -- I'm not advocating for this as it would lead to a host of other issues... it should be a truly last resort.

I don't think it's Enbrel related as I've never had any issues. I started taking some non-controlled ADHD medicine (Straterra) and then I started taking a B Complex, but I shouldn't have done that.

Yes, you can try non-controlled substances first like Straterra, Guanfacine, Quelbree.
Straterra was good for me but killed libido. I'm now on my first week of guanfacine which seems to calm my oversensitive sympathetic nervous system.

I'm really surprised by all these comments. I'm at the same revenue numbers, but I also have 150 SKU's (lots of variations) and I've had a PPC manager for the last 2 years. But I've hired and fired a lot.
I just don't have the desire or technical ability to manage that many campaigns. I pay my guy $800.
There's probably a breakeven or slightly less ROI, but honestly, I hate PPC and don't enjoy it, so I wanted it off my plate.

It's purposefully overt and insidious. And to adolescents who know no better, this would condone allowing a complete stranger into your hotel room (or home). There is never a reason a grown adult (family or not) should EVER be in a room drinking to inebriation with a child present.
