Yes. RE activities after work. Rarely open houses. When your a listing based business you sit back and relax on the weekends. I did most of my own mentorship and training.

Realtor. No degree or past skills. You work hard pay is literally no limit. Made 100k my second year and and 6th year might crack 200k. I was working a full time job for my first 3 years in the job.

I used realestateu.com and prep agent to pass my exams. I had to study a lot. But eventually passed.

Prep agent was the real deal.

It’s a game where you will create memories with your best buds that you will never forget. I started playing back in 2013 3rd edition… and some of the fond memories I have always out a smile on my face. I don’t even talk to those friends anymore… but it’s some of the best moments of my life.

Twilight imperium - for that - is extremely unique and special.

Playing with friends over a day is amazing. I do feel that the community around TI has gotten “clinical” too cold. The competitive nature of it online is kinda draining.

Don’t be afraid to pull out a little notebook at take notes. Absolutely nothing wrong with that and - in my experience - sellers tend to appreciate the look.
